Note: Party bookings are sometimes accepted, but always at the discretion of the trustees and subject to a strict set of criteria. If a party booking is accepted, there will be a significant deposit required and the hirer will be required to meet ALL costs associated with restoring the hall to the pre-booking condition.

The main hall measures 24 foot by 42 foot (7.3 X 12.8M + stage at 2.5M). There are 9 dedicated parking spaces which can be increased by double parking in our own car park.

Hiring fees:
The hall is now available to be booked with preference offered to High Cross residents. The minimum rental charge is 2 hours for £28, then £14 per hour.

Main hall, entrance and exit areas fully refurbished (including new floor) in 2020. All remaining public areas (kitchen, chair store and toilets) have also been completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020. The hall now offers and bright and clean environment throughout.
Heating comes on automatically for bookings between October and May. The cost is included in hall hire price.
Maximum capacity is 80 people (seated) or 100 (standing).
The hall has sufficient seating (tables and chairs) for 80 people.
The integral kitchen features a range cooker (gas), microwave, crockery, glasses and some cutlery along with two kettles and an urn.

Fire Brigade installed smoke alarm
Certificate issued for fire extinguishers
Disabled Access and toilet

Health and safety policy and risk assessments undertaken.
